About Natalie

Natalie Dillon (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who creates a safe, nurturing, and affirming space for adults navigating invalidating or challenging life experiences. She is deeply committed to helping clients cultivate self-understanding, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.

Natalie gently guides clients through processing past experiences, strengthening emotional regulation, and building healthy boundaries, all within a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. Her warm presence invites clients to explore their inner world with curiosity and care.

Approach to Therapy

Natalie’s approach is rooted in relational and attachment-based psychotherapy, emphasizing the importance of connection between therapist and client. She works closely with clients to uncover patterns, process developmental and relational trauma, and build strategies for living authentically and confidently.

She brings deep experience working with C-PTSD and Dissociative Disorders, offering a trauma-informed and compassionate framework that empowers clients to move toward the fulfilling life and meaningful relationships they desire.

Education and Training

Natalie earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from The State University of New York at Cortland and her Master’s in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.

After beginning her career in macro social work serving state and federal representatives, Natalie shifted her focus to clinical work in 2019 and has been providing compassionate, client-centered care in private practice ever since.
