A Psychodynamic Process Group for Adults
Trauma group therapy offers a safe, supportive space for adults healing from relational trauma to explore how early experiences of connection shape their relationships today. This ongoing, relationship-oriented trauma process group helps you understand the impact of past wounds, practice new ways of relating, and build authentic, secure, and fulfilling connections with others who share similar experiences. Healing from trauma takes time, and it often happens best in connection with others.
