About This Course

Meet the Instructors

Meira Ellias and Christina Tosto are the founders and co-owners of Good Company Therapy Group, a trauma-focused outpatient practice in Northern Virginia.

Meira received her MSW from Columbia University in 2010 and has worked in the field of sexual abuse treatment and prevention since her second year clinical internship at the Kingsbridge Heights Community Center Sexual Abuse Treatment and Prevention Program in Bronx, NY. After moving to the DMV, with a few clinical and physical stops along the way, Meira became the clinical supervisor at the inpatient unit in the Center for Post Traumatic and Dissociative Disorders in Washington, DC. Meira has been in private practice since 2018. 

Christina Tosto, LCSW

Christina Tosto, LCSW, LICSW, LCSW-C

Christina received her MSW from Catholic University with a specialty in health-related social work. Christina has been in private practice for 8 years, focusing on the treatment of adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and complex trauma. Prior to going into private practice, Christina trained at the Center for Post Traumatic and Dissociative Disorders in Washington, DC in both the inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.
