Psychotherapist (PsyD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, or Resident) – Tysons/Vienna, VA (Hybrid)
Full-Time | W2 | 2 days in-person

We’re looking for a compassionate, curious clinician who wants to do meaningful, depth-oriented trauma work in a collaborative private practice setting.
Who This Role Is Perfect For:
You have experience in higher-acuity or community-based settings (community mental health, crisis, inpatient, residential, hospital, etc.) and are ready to bring those skills into a supportive group practice that values connection over productivity quotas.
Requirements
- Licensed or license-eligible in VA (PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, Resident in Counseling)
- Willing to obtain MD & DC licensure (we cover transfer costs)
- Strong interest in trauma-centered care
- Open to training in a specialized modality such as: EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP, or another evidence-based trauma modality
- Available in-person in Tysons 2 days/week
- Minimum of 6 slots outside of 9-5 workday (options of Saturday hours available for independently licensed clinicians)
