We do not collect or store Protected Health Information (PHI) directly through our public website. All therapy-related scheduling, intake forms, and secure messaging are handled through a HIPAA-compliant third-party platform. When you click the “Client Portal” button on our website, you are redirected to a secure booking system provided by TherapyNotes, LLC. 5. Contact Forms via Google Forms

Our contact form is securely hosted using Google Forms, part of a HIPAA-compliant Google Workspace, which is protected under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google. This form is designed for general inquiries, so we ask that you do not submit sensitive health or medical information through the form. Any detailed or confidential communication should occur through our secure client portal.
