atalie Block-Levin (she/her) specializes in supporting adults and adolescents who are coping with pervasively invalidating experiences. Her goal is to assist you to develop self-understanding and self-compassion. She works with clients who want to build on their capacity for emotional regulation, safely process their experiences, and establish and hold boundaries in their relationships.

Natalie uses a relational and attachment-based approach to co-create a supportive and affirming dynamic with each of her clients. DBT techniques may be used to facilitate the strengthening of your internal resources, and CBT skills are used to modify thought patterns so that your self-talk can encompass your resilience and strength.

Natalie received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The State University of New York at Cortland in 2013, and her master’s degree in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2016. Out of school, she practiced macro social work for several years, working for state and federal representatives. In 2019, she turned her focus to clinical work and has been providing clinical care to clients in private practice ever since.
